Why my order did not arrive as per schedule?

Due to novel COVID-19 or Carona Virus issue, there is a huge volume of orders. So we are running behind the schedule. We will always try our level best to get the orders fulfilled as soon as we can. Your patience will be appreciated in any difficult times.

Why did not I receive all the items I paid for?

The items that are out of stock at the time of packing will not be delivered. This will be a runtime issue, as the grocery stores are retail and the stock keeps moving. The undelivered items will be refunded within 24 hours of the delivery completion.

Currently we are having daily delivery during 11:00AM to 7:00PM. Any orders placed before 7:00AM will delivered on the same day.

Currently in cash when the order is delivered. 100% of the tips will be going to the delivery personnel. As everyone know groceries are heavy if tip is provided to delivery personnel will be happy.
